Responsibilities

– Takes drink orders through servers or directly from guests

– Prepares mixed drinks

– Serve bottled beer

– Serve soft drinks

– May be responsible for ordering and taking inventory

Requirements

– Knowledge or ability to quickly learn and memorize cocktail recipes

– Positive attitude

– Ability to handle stress well
