Overview

Job Summary:
Responsible for the efficient management of our 275 seat room including bar area and entertainment. Ensures service and atmosphere is a surprise and delight for our guests. Leads by example, engages and manages a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, friendly, upbeat and positive demeanor required. A minimum of 3-5 years previous supervisory/managerial experience in a high volume, fast paced entertainment restaurant or hospitality industry required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. College degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Must have a professional appearance and be a team player.
