Dim Mak Records is seeking PR interns for spring and summer 2017. Applicants should be available to work out of our Downtown LA office 2-3 days for at least 16 hours per week and able to receive college credit.
PR candidate should have knowledge of the Dim Mak brand, as well as of the electronic music community as a whole. Experience in publicity preferred, but not required. Candidate must be comfortable writing in a fast paced environment as there are often simultaneous projects at any given time.
– Writing of press materials such as press releases and newsletters
– Compiling press reports
– Tracking press clippings
– Reaching out to relevant outlets and news sources
– Updating media contact lists and databases
