Overview

Oversees all food and beverage service within a property zone and ensures excellent service standards are maintained

Responsible for training and upholding company/brand/service standards.

Duties: •Implements organization strategy and operating plan
•Manages and measures performance of service associates within a property zone
•Conducts pre-shift meetings and informs staff of specials, upcoming events, etc.
•Drives and instills core values in each service associate through the effective management of policies and procedures
•Resolves customer concerns and/or complaints escalated from service associates while maintaining customer satisfaction
•Ensures assigned zone is properly stocked with the needed operational equipment
•Controls costs and breakage for assigned zone
•Ensures orders for outlets are completed according to the internal requisition process
•Manages bank and provides change to associates in assigned zone
•Ensures time and attendance compliance from service associates
•Creates weekly schedule for service associates and reviews with Senior Manager
•Collaborates with Senior Manager on service associate performance evaluations
•Prepares property daily to ensure cleanliness and safety within assigned property zone
•Develops and implements food and beverage training plans and ensures all direct reports are properly trained
•Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
Qualifications: High school diploma required, College Degree preferred and 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience required
