Overview

Some of the typical job responsibilities include:
Coordinating Travel & Hospitality, ensuring the best experience for our Artists

Organizing Travel for all relevant LIC staff, performers, and contractors

Update team & cross department cloud based forms such as but not limited to Medical, Production and Marketing

Assist with gathering market research for analysis & work directly with LIC Marketing team / Partners on event

Coordinate local staffing needs with our merchandise department

Coordinate & execute paint orders, ensuring all deliveries are on time

Assist with the close out process and gathering of receipts, invoices and contracts
