We are looking for a Digital Marketing Copywriter to provide the voice for our cutting-edge career platform for music industry professionals. You will own the overall tone and voice of the brand and ensure that it is delivered across all channels, from the website (both marketing and product), to email, to print. You should be able to seamlessly switch between writing eye-catching headlines one day, and complex product copy the next day without skipping a beat.
The ideal candidate has previous experience with copywriting in a product and marketing role, is extremely detail‐oriented, learns quickly, is able to adapt to feedback, is open and communicative, and never misses a deadline. The position will start out as part-time, and based on performance may become a permanent role. Approximately 20 hours per week will be required to start.

- A thinker who can contribute to the overall content strategy of the company
- Can establish and convey a unified tone and voice across all channels (product, email, social, offline) and can create content adaptable for any medium
- Passionate about providing value to our audience
- Translates concepts into effective messages
- Ensures an outstanding user experience and clear/concise story is conveyed to our users
- 3-5 years experience as a copywriter in a digital marketing, product or advertising capacity particularly with writing UX, web and email copy
- Ability to write copy for both marketing and product/technology and understand how the two differ
- Strong organizational skills and experience writing clear, consistent and original copy under tight deadline-driven environment, often while working independently
- Excellent attention to detail while editing and proofreading
- A strong desire to do contribute to brand-building, product-selling, and innovative work
