Job Description:

We are seeking an upbeat, forward-thinking Accounts Manager to develop, guide and maintain strong account-specific business relationships with our major wireless/mobile business partnership. This is to be accomplished by creating proactive plans that increase brand awareness and distribution in the markets. The position will involve working closely with partnership personnel to prepare and execute strategies for increased distribution, sales and growth of national accounts and be the first point of contact from SFX Entertainment.

Job Details:

Build and maintain relationships with the key accounts by establishing tailored strategic marketing plans, growing existing product offerings and introducing new product opportunities to meet or exceed annual sales targets
Provide regular interface with customers and act as the liaison with SFX Entertainment’s client services team to ensure accurate execution of sales orders and account activity while delivering flawless partner experiences and obtaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
Work with the Global Account Director to mange large digital and experiential mobile/wireless business opportunities and develop innovative, integrated proposals to secure sponsorship.
Provide regular sales pipeline updates to the Global Account Director to accurately capture all sales activity
Attend industry events and develop relationships with clients and media agencies
Track business expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements
Requirements:

A desire to build and nurture internal and external relationships
Confident self-starter with professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to independently research and prospect using a variety of techniques including online research and face-to-face networking
Develop and sell creative ideas to corporate executives
Excellent capacity to learn quickly, think on the fly and self-teach as required
Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Ensure that strategic national account programs and initiatives are effectively communicated to the partnership and distributor organizations for maximum execution
Solid understanding of core marketing principles
Effective working in close team environment
Proactive and goal oriented with strong willingness to learn and constantly improve
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or communications related field preferred
4-6 years’ experience in business development, customer acquisition, mobile advertising, client services or public relations
Past experience working with media agencies
