Job Summary:

The Artist Design and Branding Internship at C3 Management is a unique opportunity to work directly with some of the most well-known artists in the music industry including: The Strokes, The Head and The Heart, MS MR, Delta Spirit, J Roddy Walston and the Business, Rebelution, Bassnectar, Gramatik, GRiZ, Toro Y Moi, Wild Cub and many others.

As an AD&B Intern, you have opportunities to develop skills in the creation of marketing assets for tour and album releases, merchandise, and web assets matching each respective artists aesthetic. The position is a way to get unique view into the ever-changing music industry and online marketing.

The applying candidate should be passionate about music, independent in his or her work, and professional in his or her level of communication. C3 MGMT requires our internships be available for at least 12 hour/week and must be in exchange for school credit.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and editing artist visual assets – includes tour marketing materials, social banners, event posters, core branding assets.
  • Working directly with our business division to create one sheets info-graphics explaining data analysis and business proposals.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media platforms.
  • Photo editing and manipulation.
  • Bonus: Web mock-ups for artist websites, email campaigns.
  • Other duties, projects, and events as assigned.


  • Must be able to receive academic credit from your college or university prior to starting assignment.
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program at an accredited college or university.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or previous work in the music industry preferred but not required.
  • Bonus: Basic Web Design – HTML5, CSS3.
