Mad Fresh Events is looking for a talented Brand Manager to develop and manage the overall brand strategy for our franchise, “Shipsomnia”.
To work with the CEO and Marketing Director to deliver best practices and efficient Company operations to meet the Company’s business objectives.
· Develop and manage the overall brand strategy for the company, from positioning to brand architecture, working with the in-house creative team and external agencies.
· Create branding guidelines
· Create and implement marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and loyalty.
· Grow the brand regionally and develop a consistent voice across all touch points.
· Work with cross-functional teams in the development and implement brand strategies for promotions, communications, forecasting to achieve sales targets of our franchise.
· Develop annual forecasting, A&P budgeting and execution of marketing as well as action plans to achieve the business goals and objective.
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Sound relationship building skills and strong ability to lead cross functional projects.
· Strong analytical mind, self-motivated and ability to multitask.
· Good team player and excellent presentation skills.
· Enthusiastic, independent, energetic, creative, willing to challenge status quo with fresh ideas and able to work under pressure.
· Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative and work without detailed guidance
· Experience working in a start-up environment is beneficial.
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
· Minimum degree holder in Marketing & Business Administration or related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years’ working experience in brand building.
