Applicant will be instrumental in taking complete ownership of accounts and implementing the campaigns that drive results for various clients. Daily point person on various client accounts. Requires experience in marketing and management.

This position requires the applicant to lead client projects and most importantly a team of 20 across 3 different cities and timezones. Must be in constant conversation with each member, including executives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage daily workflow of 10+ accounts while driving consistent media results; report status of accounts to Direct Supervisor.
Develop, review and approve agendas, press releases, pitches, recaps and other materials; approve activity reports, and other internal documents.
Manage client expectations and assist clients in maximizing relationship with iNexxus.
Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the media in order to ensure placements.
Develop strategic communication plans, including media opportunities, tactics, and timelines consistent with the overall PR strategy.
Creative Campaign Ideas and Execution Plan
Client Strategy Plan Execution
Client Strategy Plan Monitoring
Content Editing and Development
Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the media in order to ensure placements
Lead in Communication and Corporate Partnerships
Execute and advise on PR strategies and collaboratively develop strategic media plans.
Lead all client conference calls.
Daily client interaction to update, report and discuss media relations.
Conduct media training sessions with clients and junior staff
Participate in the development of materials for new business opportunities including timelines, proposals, business decks and case studies; assist in generating new business leads.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients.
Misc. research, duties and projects as required.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

B.S/B.A in Public Relations or related field.
At least 4 years of marketing, PR or agency experience.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
