CrowdTorch provides a platform for venues and events to consolidate ticketing, mobile, social, and analytics efforts into one place. CrowdTorch Austin is the mobile division of CrowdTorch, and we’re responsible for creating native mobile applications for clients like the New Orleans Jazz Fest, Veld Festival, Lockn, Summerfest, Global Rally Cross and Bristol Motor Speedway.

We are looking for a part-time Office Admin with exceptional organization and interpersonal skills. This person will provide support in the areas of office management and general business operations. The job will probably be ~20 hours/week.

Position Duties:

  • Some field HR duties (such as coordinating new hires, scanning and emailing forms) in conjunction with HQ HR staff

  • Serve as main contact for building maintenance

  • Purchase supplies and run errands as needed

  • Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and scan/email receipts

  • Organize regular employee events

  • Plan team meetings and functions

  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and within a team

  • Ability to drive or commute to office

  • Prior office experience preferred (but not required)

  • Interest in technology is a plus
