Overview

Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest culinary standards and a meticulous attention to detail
Manage the culinary team and maintain a positive moral amongst the staff
Maintain food cost at the designated percentage
Track and maintain all kitchen inventory
Ensure that the Kitchen is operating within its designated budget
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role to which you are applying to within a high end hotel/restaurant required
Katsuya: experience with Japanese food preferred
High end/high volume experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills and articulation
Strong email and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel as well as other Microsoft applications
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point , Outlook
Strong verbal and writing skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred but not required)
