Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Partnerships who will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the long-term success of one of our largest global partnerships. The partnership establishes a nine-figure revenue line of business for SFX in the area of loyalty, financial products and marketing, and you will be responsible for developing and growing that business to its full potential. To do so, you will need to form trusted relationships with C-level leadership of our partner, build a team to work across the SFX organization to implement and manage technology and systems integration as well as a sales and marketing organization that will be active in markets around the globe.

Based in SFX Entertainment’s New York City headquarters, you will report directly to the President of SFX, and be responsible for delivering the business plan. You will manage an internal staff as well as cross-disciplinary project teams from SFX and our Partner. The ideal candidate will likely have a balance of professional maturity, entrepreneurship, and domain expertise in financial products and marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish measurable goals and objectives for implementation elements as well as commercial elements of the Partnership
P&L responsibility for the Partnership
Lead all aspects of the team required to deliver the business plan
Facilitate clear communication and visibility among SFX team members responsible for delivering services in support of partnership
Oversee technical integration between both parties to deliver on technology requirements and objectives
Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Oversee preparation and delivery of proposals in conjunction with partnership
Identify and grow business opportunities and collaborate with all teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with critical requests or issue escalations as needed
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Qualifications:

15 years relevant experience encompassing management of a line of business or corporate partnership activity, with minimum 5 years in leadership position
Background in payments and financial products
Background in marketing
P&L responsibility of $50mm+
BA/BS or equivalent
Language skills with Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese a bonus
Demonstrated leadership experience with internal and external global teams
Experience managing global projects applying awareness to cross-cultural nuances
Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level
