Responsibilities:
Process invoice billings from Essential Artist Services and other departments.
Manage tour vending payment process.
Process payment of various bills, including shipping, phone and travel.
Process and distribute annual 1099 forms.
Administer PO numbers for and approve travel requests for employees.
Balance daily sales/accounts receivable reports to reconcile with prior day’s numbers.
Train new employees on accounts payable and travel policies and procedures as relevant to their jobs.
Communicate with employees regarding accounts payable procedures and policies.
Provide backup to Accounts Payable as needed.
Serve as an administrative resource to Accounting department staff.
Serve on rotation to fill in for Corporate receptionist on lunches and breaks.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma required; bachelor degree in Accounting a plus.
Minimum of 1 year accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable or office management experience.
Intermediate math skills.
Data entry skills; Microsoft Excel familiarity required (intermediate Excel experience a plus).
Some experience with general ledger accounting software required (Navision experience a plus).
Strong prioritization skills and deadline-sensitive work style.
Proven professional manner and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
