Native Instruments is looking for an experienced Teamleader Deployment to oversee the development and maintenance of our Service Center and other customer-related deployment and infrastructure tools.
This position means you will be working closely with QA, IT and Customer Support teams as well as with external partners. You will manage resources efficiently, direct your team and keep them motivated, and anticipate risks before they become problems.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, international team which is driving the creation of new products for professional music production. As Teamleader Deployment, you will report directly to the Head of Development Services.
Supervise a team of development and DevOps engineers
Manage the development of the Service Center and other infrastructure and deployment tools for Native Instruments users
Support your team with input on approaches and strategies for a continuous process of improvement and advancement
Ensure precise and orderly release, build and configuration management in collaboration with teams from QA, IT and Customer Support and with external partners
Coordinate all teams involved in a project, making sure the work together runs smoothly
Prepare decision models for management
Provide timely and regular status reports
