Job Summary
The Coordinator, D2C eCommerce reports directly to the VP, D2C eCommerce. This role is responsible for coordinating operations, launch and reporting of D2C stores under the guidance of the entire D2C team. Coordinator will also assist in managing the ongoing database of launched stores & key sales metrics that help to provide base line comparisons to UMG labels. Candidate will be responsible for working across all D2C campaign initiatives and the ability to multi-task and be organized is critical to being successful in this role.

Job Functions
• Coordinate with release planning and supply chain to obtain necessary store setup information and metadata
• Along with D2C manager, compile all key data points for monthly D2C reporting
• Liaise with D2C platform vendors to deliver assets for store set up
• Work with D2C vendors to receive sales and marketing data to incorporate into
various department reports
• On an ongoing basis, review existing store inventory levels and sales trends
to guarantee in stock availability
• Review store marketing copy to insure accuracy and to update offers as required
• Compile screenshots and log history of artist and label marketing efforts in
social media, emails and websites
• Work with product managers to identify and develop D2C product offering
• Make sure current D2C offers are conveyed to UMGD Marketing team for inclusion
in group controlled newsletters and social media accounts
• Provide initial shipment arrival deadlines to all vendors and internal supply chain
and monitor to make sure dates are met or flag proactively potential delays
• Develop templates for D2C sales reporting newsletters
• Review google analytics on store launches to help deliver one day reports back
to labels on how store is performing and what are the key drivers
• Back up label contact support for Directors and Manager eCommerce
• Product setup and tracking for Spotify and Beats Music
• Track performance of D2C campaigns on overall album charts (First Week SoundScan

Qualification Preferences
• 2+ years successful working experience in music, eCommerce or related fields
• Proficient in Excel, competence in Microsoft PowerPoint & Adobe Photoshop
• Basic HTML, CSS and web development experience is a plus
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors
• Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, follow-through and execution
• Knowledge of digital and physical supply chain process
• Excellent understanding of analytics and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent presentation skills
