- Must be able to lead/ supervise a team of cleaners which includes arranging their schedule and monitoring attendance
- Responsible to manage daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of office and outlet area, washrooms, carpets, sofa, seating arrangement , other fitting and fixtures
- Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Conduct pre-opening inspections of venue rooms and other surrounding areas
- Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff/ cleaners.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within Housekeeping department.
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all cleaning tools and equipment; makes arrangements for necessary repair or replacement
