  • Must be able to lead/ supervise a team of cleaners which includes arranging their schedule and monitoring attendance 
  • Responsible to manage daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of office and outlet area, washrooms, carpets, sofa, seating arrangement , other fitting and fixtures 
  • Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory. 
  • Conduct pre-opening inspections of venue rooms and other surrounding areas 
  • Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff/ cleaners. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct. 
  • Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within Housekeeping department. 
  • Ensures the proper maintenance of all cleaning tools and equipment; makes arrangements for necessary repair or replacement
