  • Worked as a 4-Cylinder (ZR) Engine Production Engineer providing direct engineering support to the assembly lines
  • Designed and built parts and jigs which provided solutions to Safety, Quality and Productivity issues using the Autodesk Inventor software and machine shop resources
    Organized and presented solutions to production managers, engineers, group leaders, team leaders, and team members on a daily basis

Mechanical Analysis Department Intern

  • Worked at the Compressor System Module Center (CSMC) performing structural analyses to the Low- Pressure Compressor (LPC) & High-Pressure Compressor (HPC) of the Pratt & Whitney F135 & F100 Jet Engines
  • Created Finite Element Models (meshes) for a number of stators and rotors of the F135 & F100 engine compressors using the NX Unigraphics software
  • Performed modal and static analysis to the airfoils to verify stress distribution and to identify high stress locations using the ANSYS software
  • Presented results to clients through Power Point presentations

  • Worked as one of the Official DJ’s of MEF Radio, Puerto Rico’s leading Electronic Dance Music radio show, which went on air every Saturday from 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM on La Mega 106.9/95.1 FM and lamega.fm
