As a Lead Developer performed research, analysis, design, coding, testing, production support and production implementation tasks.
Lead contributor in charge of the Trade Delivery, Trade Receipt and Position Reconciliation systems on the Mellon Bank conversion, performing analysis through implementation.  This was a top 10 project for 2001 and came in ahead of schedule and under budget (by 30 percent)
Assigned the lead role of the testing and implementation phases of the Citibank conversion.  Learned many Custody systems, setup test scripts, directed correspondence with Citibank to coordinate QA testing, setup an install date and monitored the conversion over two implementation phases
