I have, for the last fifteen years, been involved in sales and operations of number of projects. I am a skilled leader, a management and events specialist with extensive experience in the live entertainment industry. In addition I have had proven success in venue management and business development. My depth of knowledge enables me to prepare sponsorship deals, to develop sales strategies and to book and supervise events. As the General Manager of the BudapestArena and the DalianArena, I worked with 25/21 full time employees for TriGranit Management and AEG China.

My career started in Europe where I worked for Central Eastern Europe’s largest Investment Bank and later switched to the entertainment industry. I handled international clients in the financial services before setting up my own Event Organizing Consultancy, which successfully promoted and executed more than 230 concerts and overnight parties (EDM events). I have worked for the three main multipurpose arenas in Budapest, Hungary. Recently concluded a business development assignment for AEG China in Asia.

Event organizing duties from year 2007; The Rolling Stones – open air show at the Puskas Stadium in Hungary, Yamato tour in CEE region – Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Business executive at the 10.000 capacity multifunctional Dalian Arena with 41 suites located in a modern Sport District. The entertainment and sport complex contains facilities as a 61.000-seat soccer stadium, a 9.600-seat Tennis court, a 5.000-seat Swimming auditorium, a 3.000-seat Softball field and a training and sport recreation facility. The venue managed by AEG China, opened with a Justin Bieber show in October, 2013. AEG’s third naming rights partnership in China; Zhongsheng Group is the first Chinese company to name a venue. Dalian Arena known as the ‘Zhongsheng Center’ (2013-2015) is the most technologically advanced indoor arena in China, and the only one with a stadium vision (181 digital screens) by CISCO.

Responsibilities include overall facility management, formation of rules and regulations, booking, marketing, finance and all related operations. Providing direction for the planning, administration and operational management of the arena. Performing continuing liaison duties with corporate organizations, industry associates, governing agencies, media and general public. Preparation of basic management and employment standards, the annual capital expenditure plan and budget.

Under my supervision, the arena reached the level of 20+ events per year, the venue has been introduced to the international live music scene with the first acts from South Korea, USA, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The facility acquisition-ed its’ first Founding Partner and the first five Suite Holder, successfully executed two marketing campaigns and the staff has been fully trained for professional operation.

Projects under supervision including (but not limited to): Big Bang, Shinhwa and EXO /South Korea/, Backstreet Boys /USA/, Ice Age Live and Disney On Ice shows, domestic concerts for G.E.M and Andy Lau /Hong Kong/, Jolin Tsai, Jeff Chang, Jonathan Lee, David Tao, Rene Liu, Tsai Chin, Fish Leong, Johnny Jiang and Fei Yu-ching /Taiwan/, Chris Lee, Phoenix Legend and Cui Jian /China/, Gary Chaw /Malaysia/ plus various corporate events (Zhongsheng – China, Alps Electric – Japan, Chery Automobile – China, Yifang – China), introducing traditional Chinese dance / drama performances & Guo Degang’s comedy and several sport games; opening ceremony for the 12th Dalian Sport Games, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) – kick box, basketball- & badminton tournaments, indoor football championship, ping pong league series and jump rope cup.
