I volunteered with SXSW Conference & Festivals in Austin, Texas for SXSWEdu and SXSW Music Festival on the press & publicity team. I worked with journalists and sponsors for 48 hours throughout the festival distributing badges and communicating policies, procedures, and special accommodations.
