Run with the night Nation & stand Up to Cancer 5k Events | January 2015 – Current
-Part of 8 person operations travel team which successfully hosted 20 events throughout the U.S in 2015.
-Execute all pre-event logistics for 30 events in 2016 including: team and talent travel coordination, schedule event security, EMTs, cleaning, food and beverage services as well as audit event contracts.
-2016 Schedule comprised of 26 US based events and 3 Canadian based event. Serving 350K participants.
Onsite Event Director: Directly manage all aspects of onsite operations with a focus on event registration and race packet pick-up, including pre and post event inventory management.
-Design and execute schedules and training for 50-80 volunteers and temporary staff.
Post event analysis: Create and distribute post event quality control survey, analyze results using SPSS and XLMiner, distribute post event report to event team.
-High pressure onsite management and problem solving throughout the event for both volunteers and a high volume of participants. Average of 10,000 participants per event.
-Scout and Book venue prospects using population analytics to optimize event attendance.

-Provide upscale customer service to all luxury box and premium seating attendees. -First point of contact for all customer service issues and trouble shooting.
-Pre-game set up of luxury boxes to fit individual lessee preferences.

Event operations team – registration coordinator
IMG action sports/AVP Tournament Tour | August 2015 – September 2015
-Contacted to work with operations team for the final four tournaments of the 2015 AVP tour.
-Assisted all attendees with VIP and Court-side tickets with all aspects of customer service including will call, seating location and ticket sales.
-First point of contact of all those attending or participating requiring in-depth knowledge of tournament, sport and venue.

Youth and Pee wee sports Director
Ecke ymca | August 2013 – Febuary 2015
-Successfully managed a team of 250 volunteers and a staff of 40+ employees servicing of sporting events for 1,600 participates per weekend for largest recreational sports program is southern California.
-Executing all aspects of Youth Sports at the Branch administration level.
Execute fiscal management: Budgeting for a half million-dollar program and reporting any changes or alterations to budget projections, monthly, quarterly and yearly projections.
-Eliminated the need for a full-time coordinator position by absorbing those duties and restructuring staffing format, saving the program 35K annually. Achieved a 10 year low for program expenses.
