THE OPPORTUNITY
- Partner with the Product Owner and business leads to develop the product roadmap
- Inform product decisions with quantitative data on user behavior and experimentation
- Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality products
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across management, marketing, operations, business intelligence, finance and strategy, and customer service to understand and prioritize business needs
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and write thorough, well-researched product specifications
- Present new features to team leads and communicate business goals prior to development
- Build and maintain a roadmap to grow the business and delight our users
- Drive the entire product lifecycle of your feature/product – from conception, requirements collection, design, development, testing all the way through launch
- Create product specifications and wireframes to convey interaction models and edge cases
- Develop an intimate understanding of a diverse group of end users, whether they internal staff, bands, musicians, venues, promoters or other partners

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Google Analytics (or comparable analytics) expertise
- Experience with SQL or database basics (our business intelligence setup includes Looker, Segment and Redshift)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High degree of user empathy tempered with business acumen
- Strong user experience and design sensibilities
- Attention to detail and proven execution capabilities
- Ecommerce and/or subscription product experience and a passion for the complex challenges of marketplace businesses a plus
