Overview
Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources including supporting the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and relevant Recruiters in all phases of the recruitment cycle and administrative responsibilities.
Support recruiting efforts through fielding phone calls, scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and coordination with security. May also perform initial resume and candidate screening and candidate reference checks.
Meet/greet candidates and escort to interviews providing a welcome introduction to the company.
Respond to internal and external recruiting related inquiries such as job description requests, application inquiries, and questions on recruitment processes.
Notifies and works closely with the Business Group, Onboarding Team, IT, and Facilities to ensure smooth transition for new employees.
Track candidates and maintain ICIMS database to properly reflect interview activity and to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Post and track any positions as required under FCC EEO guidelines.
Schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements for candidates and staff through Outlook and Concur travel system.
Post job descriptions and enter resumes in the applicant tracking system.
Research additional sources, industry groups, websites, and other avenues to source candidates; in addition to posting and disseminating positions.
Photocopy, fax, collate, prepare for mailing, and distribute documents and other attachments.
Cross-training and coverage responsibilities with other Staffing Administrators as required. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to on-boarding, support of the temporary hire process, and the drafting and sending of offer letters.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Serve as point person for the job requisition process. The position is solely responsible for creating, routing and monitoring job requisitions within iCIMS for the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsible for running weekly and ad-hoc requisition reports, including pulling data from iCIMS and manipulating through functions within Excel.
Serve as point person for the background check process. The position is solely responsible for tracking, reviewing, and taking appropriate action on background checks for the Talent Acquisition team.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR department.
Previous experience supporting Staffing and Recruitment strongly preferred.
Intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables) a plus.

Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) including Intermediate Excel skills.
Applicant tracking system experience preferred, experience with iCIMS a plus.
