Overview

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keep bars stocked with beer and liquor.

2. Stock ice supply as needed.

3. Clean bars, beer cooler and liquor room at end of each day.

4. Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations.

5. Keep all glasses clean and restocked.

6. Take out trash as needed.

7. Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.

8. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

PHYSICAL – Must be able to:

1. Lift at least 50 pounds to height of shoulders.

2. Stand or walk for long periods of time.

3. Tolerate noisy environment.

4. Tolerate large crowds.

5. Must be able to see.

6. Hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.

7. Climb steps repeatedly.

8. Additional job duties as assigned.

MENTAL – Must be able to:

1. Work accurately with basic math.

2. Accurately handle and count large sums of cash and coin.

3. Communicate verbally, clearly and articulately.

4. Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, and other instructions.

5. Must be able to work under stressful conditions.

PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must have a friendly and outgoing personality and have a flexible schedule.
