With a friendly, upbeat and positive attitude, supervises the back of house operation, food production and staff for select dining venues on assigned shift. Ensures quality of product creates a delightful dining experience and all specifications and standards are met.
Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent required. Graduate of a culinary arts program preferred. A minimum of five years restaurant industry experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred. A minimum of two years supervisory experience in food production in a hotel or chain restaurant environment required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to logically plan work and processes to ensure finished product delivers maximum guest satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, team building and problem solving skills required. Basic computer skills a must.
