Job Summary: With a friendly, upbeat and positive attitude, provides prompt, courteous service to all guests; builds relationships by greeting guests with a genuine, friendly verbal greeting. Sells VIP tables and bottle service to guests in the Envy Lounge. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum one-year previous serving skills with high volume sales preferred. Previous customer service/sales experience is preferred. Must possess an upbeat and positive attitude and be able to perform in a fast pace environment. Excellent communication skills are required. Must have a polished, well-groomed appearance.
