Job Summary

CrowdSync Technology is a growing live event platform that connects audiences to artists and brands using LED and RFID Technology. Our products and systems provide a unique event experience as well as an excellent platform for brand activation and method of experiential marketing. Our diverse client list includes performing artists, festivals, and some of the most recognizable and successful brands in the world.

We are seeking a full time Event Coordinator in our New York office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, very personable, and able to perform all administrative tasks efficiently. You will assist our executive team by performing short and long-term administrative tasks including answering phone calls and directing the call to the appropriate department, organizing and notifying the team of the company calendar, arranging travel, and any other relevant administrative tasks. You will work full time in our New York City office and will report directly to the executive team.

Responsibilities

Organizing the executive calendar, including the company’s events and the executive team’s meetings, organized phone calls, etc.
Answering the office phone line, and further directing the customer to the appropriate department if necessary
Basic knowledge of our products and systems to assist customers
Preparing reports/organizing internal data
Completing necessary paperwork with company information including vendor authorization forms, tax ID forms, etc.
Coordinating on-site technician details with customers including relevant travel details/needs, times of show, and rehearsals
Basic Photoshop knowledge a plus

Requirements

BA/BS at a 4 year accredited University
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively with customers and with members of our team.
Excellent punctuality, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
The abilities to both multi-task in day to day operations, and to handle multiple ongoing projects in an organized and efficient manner.
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, to clients, and to prospective customers
