Key Responsibilities:
Lead all US marketing efforts across coordinated acquisition funnels
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth and drive them through the project lifecycle
Articulate marketing requirements in concise, data-driven MRDs and CBs
Work directly with Product/Engineering/Creative Teams to bring to market acquisition improvements
Balance market needs with business priorities
Skills, experience and educational requirements:
B.A./B.S. degree, 7+ years of online marketing experience; M.B.A. preferred
3+ years of experience as a Director of Marketing digital services content; subscription services a plus
2+ years experience in holistic “multi-touch attribution” and marketing
Strong business acumen with a balance of strategy and attention to detail across team deliverables, user experience and organizational engagement
Strong user experience focus, with a track record of driving new customers
Able to keep a steady stream of optimization efforts moving reach acquisition goals
Effective communicator across internal & external teams
Subject matter expert for acquisition channels that spans all departments
Analytical, data-driven decisions maker; able to quickly recognize improvements to channel(s) while weighing impacting on acquisition costs and/or lifetime value of customers acquired
Successful at leading complex projects across a matrixed organization and demonstrated ability as a thoughtful leader
