Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Senior Designer

Job Overview:
The Designer’s primary role is to support the design team in completing projects. The department’s workflow is set by a constant stream of short deadlines, and the Junior Designer will be expected to pick up projects halfway through completion and finish in a timely manner while maintaining the design integrity and consistency. This role will be responsible for developing design concepts from inception to completion, as well as elaborating on existing work. Though the Junior Design position is entry level, the role requires an active role in the creative process and a voice in the conversion regarding direction and design concepts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Assist the Senior Designer with production work (resizing and touch up)
Attend to and take notes for design meetings and creative development workshops
Develop design concepts for digital advertisers
Manage the approval process and distribution of assets and creatives
Upload and manage content on the website through WordPress

Qualifications:Design student or recent design graduate
Must have 2 – 3 years graphic design experience
Proficient with Adobe Products
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects (not required but preferred)
Excellent Typography
Familiar with WordPress, HTML/CSS experience preferred
Able to manage multiple projects at a time

Exchange LA:
