B2S was founded in 2001 and has grown in the year 2014 into one of the market leaders in the field of dance events in the Netherlands. Each year, nearly 200,000 visitors off to b2s events like Decibel outdoor festival, Hard Bass and Pussy lounge. Since 2014 b2s part of SFX, the world’s largest manufacturer of electronic live events.
Job description:
As a producer you support the production of various b2s events. You are a central spider in the web between the creative team and the executive production. You will ensure proper planning, have contact with various parties, identifies any bottlenecks in time and offers solutions. You initiate this purpose include regular production meetings. Also, you will be responsible for managing the technical budget per event and you are ‘leading’ in the contract negotiations. On location you take care of the management of the various suppliers and you’re the general point of contact within the organization. Immediately you are part of a group of enthusiastic employees. You are creative in designing solutions and you have a persuasive force. You are energetic and also you are able to bring you good different projects adjacent to a good result. The work will take place next office largely on location and at weekends. It is so important that you can identify with events and hard dance and have no 9-5 mentality. Desired profile:
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in the field of (site) productions;
Sufficient technical knowledge and understanding;
Knowledge of AutoCad;
Good communication skills, including knowledge of Dutch and English, spoken and written.;
In possession of drivers license;
Living within a radius of 35km;
A representative appearance combined with a good dose of enthusiasm;
You can work independently and also a team player;
And further: inquisitive, innovative, flexible, energetic and stress resistant.
