Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Show Director works alongside artists, The Mood Director, and the Technical Director to
successfully plan, prepare, oversee and execute all venue productions as well as create new and innovative production
and show concepts for the Company s venues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
– Liaising with internal productions team, venue management, artists and artists representatives to create
custom made shows integrating lighting/ video/ special effects and performances
– Overseeing all production in the venue alongside the Technical Director
– Translate artist vision into production concepts and ensure quality throughout the year
– Create new and innovative concepts for the venue during special events and holiday weekends
– Create ideas for bottle presentations
– Work in conjunction with the Mood Directors for presentations throughout the evening
– Reporting to upper management on future production , events and any ad hoc projects
– Ensure weekly shows are properly advanced with artists/ tour managers/ agents or artist managers
– Ensure proper execution of the nights shows
– Ensure production concepts are reflected in Marketing releases
– Oversee and balance the productions budget
– Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
– High School Diploma Preferred
– 3-5 years experience in production
– EDM production experience – general and technical a plus
– Nightclub experience a plus
– Experience with artists, artist management, and agencies
– Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
– Valid Driver s License
– 21+ years of age
– Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
