Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Social Media Supervisor will assist the Sr. Social Media Manager with the implementation of company-wide Social Media
Strategy on a global basis, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and encouraging product adoption. This role
assists with the coordination of the internal Marketing, Operations, and Public Relations teams to support their respective
missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
– Work at the corporate offices during designated hours assigned by the Sr. Social Media Manager
– Work on site at Nightlife/Restaurant venues for special events and promotions, as assigned by Sr. Social Media Manager
– Assist with outreach and engaging target audiences through various social mediums to create online conversations and
communities about the brands, promotions and services
– Assist with identifying and reporting on social media trends to sales & marketing teams
– Assists with recommendations for digital/social media strategies as needed and as opportunities are presented
– Assists with the development on the digital/social media portion of initiatives and incentives
– Stay current with all Social Media industry developments and best practices
– Reviews copy with the Sr. Social Media Manager to ensure adherence to strategic focus and tone
– Researches advertising trends, consumer surveys and other data regarding marketing of specific and related goods and
services to help the social media team’s strategy
– Manage content and discussion on third party reputation Web sites.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications with one to three years social media, new media,
or online communications experience
– Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
– Valid Drivers License
– 21+ years of age
– Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to AMG standards
– Possession of/or ability to possess a valid NV Alcohol awareness card and NV Health Card
– Experience in the entertainment industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
– Interactive, Web, and Public Relations skills
– Knowledge of online technology with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile, and
other emerging trends- including not limited to Facebook and Twitter
– Superior knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets
– Strong communication, research, presentation, and creative skills
– Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Mac OSX, POS systems
– Excels in implementation on all major Social Media Networks, ie. Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram, WordPress
