Overview

Set up a new business opportunities around Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi brands – develop the strategy, business model, and identify key partners to take successful categories to market in UK and ROW
Maximize the breath of product within the category consumer demographic, with support from the Group Marketing insight and segmentation process to reach all appropriate demographics
Develop strategic recommendations and implement plans for new licensed products through a 3 year strategic plan for each category and market
Maximize the sales and revenue potential of the current licenses in apparel and audio with contracted partners including marketing strategies, retail presentations and product development.
Lead contract negotiation with licensees & distributors to maximize royalty revenue.
Support finance in quarterly forecasting process, working with the licensees on reporting requirements.
Engage effectively with Creative and Marketing Department on product development, including range planning, brainstorms & development.
Day-to-day management of licensee base
Establish strong working relationships with key influencers and retailers through regular meetings, conference attendance, audio and apparel specific (current licensees) trade shows to develop programs with Ministry of Sound licensees to meet product needs
Develop bespoke launch and on-going marketing needs for retailers as required
Maximize synergy opportunities across Ministry of Sound Group
Apply
