Responsibilities

– Prepares food in the kitchen

– Works one or more kitchen stations, including grill, broil, or fry

– Receives directions from cook

 

Requirements

– Culinary background

– Kitchen and food safety training

– Work well under pressure

– Time management skills

– Ability to follow directions and work on a team

– Physical requirements: standing, reaching, lifting and bending
