NV Concepts is seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Manager with a profound knowledge of the Electronic Dance Music space to craft and optimize a multi-channel marketing approach that will help to ensure the success of its events. You are a resourceful, highly driven individual who lives and breathes dance music, and are capable of working both autonomously and as a member of a fast-paced team that produces and markets over 350 events per year across New England and beyond.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and optimize company’s social media channels, ensuring that messaging remains on-brand
Devise and execute marketing plans and budgets for nightclub to arena-level events
Coordinate event announcements and marketing initiatives with agencies (Paradigm, United, etc.), artist management, venue and other teams
Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook + Google AdWords)
Track and report on the ROI and KPIs of all marketing campaigns
Drive new business in the form of marketing contracts (marketing festivals and other non-NV Concepts events)
Lead the development of NV’s social influencer and sponsorship programs, nurturing relationships with relevant contacts
Manage and oversee all areas of content generation (email, blog, social, etc.)
Hire, train, and manage marketing interns to assist with various marketing initiatives
Must have 1-3 years experience in a marketing role within the Music/Entertainment Industry
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in music business, marketing, advertising or entrepreneurship preferred, but not required
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multi-task is key and required for success in this role
Experience developing and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager (Google AdWords and other platforms a plus)
Strong desire to work in the dance music industry
Active social media user who keeps up with the latest trends and updates on major platforms
Experience launching targeted email campaigns (Hive, MailChimp or other email platforms)
Experience with WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms is desired
Proficient with Google Suite / Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
Experience with Hive and ToneDen
Photography and/or videography experience
Knowledge of New England’s music scene
Some experience with traditional marketing campaigns (radio, print, TV)
Reliable method of transportation to travel to area events
