Your role will be to manage a community of millions of users who love music and games.. Building communities is at the heart of what we do. As a community manager, you will be the voice of our brand and be responsible for managing our brand integrity, growing our social media presence, and keeping our community informed and engaged. We are looking for someone who is passionate about music, games, and social media.
You need to be a digital native, a problem solver, and really enjoy interacting with people all day, every day. You should have excellent writing skills and be incredibly articulate as skillful communication is the foundation of effective community management.
Content and Community Management: Create engaging and brand-relevant content for all social media channels. Manage the schedules, posts and updates. Manage comments, responses and interactions to maintain and grow the community.
Content Calendar: Manage the content calendar for all community channels.
Digital Marketing: Work closely with the User Generation team to determine retention campaigns, posts and programs.
Blog & Blogger Interaction: Work with internal and external music editorial team to drive content generation aimed at engaging and driving interaction and game play.
Customer Service: Work with development team to facilitate/direct Customer Service requests from all channels and determine/maintain best practices to foster a positive community.
Must have mastery of all social media platforms, including streaming channels. Forums a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills, articulate and well-spoken
Experience working independently with minimal supervision
