Overview
As a Product Owner for Maschine you will be defining the future of music production with innovative software and hardware products. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team for evaluating new products, deciding on feature priorities and implementing features. You will also guide your team to delivering a final product. Once the product is in the market, you monitor product perception and performance as well as profitability.
You have a great working dynamic and motivate the people around you. You will work with an agile development team on a daily basis to estimate and prioritize features, and you will be responsible for approving implemented features.
Once the product comes closer to launch, you will liaise with Marketing and Sales, ensuring the product roll out is executed flawlessly.
You will sit in the strategic core of the company and work with a highly motivated team with strong music production and technology background that set the direction and create the path for the Maschine brand.
Ideally, you have at least 4 years experience in a Product Management or Product Owner role of complex hardware or software projects in the Music Industry. However, in case you come from another industry, but still believe you are the perfect fit, don’t hesitate and convince us!
Generate market and customer overviews with the Market Research team. Evaluate product ideas from a financial, market and customer perspective. Discuss feasibility and efforts with developers. Present your evaluations to the stakeholders in the company.
Compile a product vision and manage the product roadmap.
Assure sustainable success of your product, including further development and maintenance.
Guide the development of the future products by constantly working with Product Design and Engineering. Compile the backlog with support from Product Designers and prioritize the user stories in the backlog.
Represent the sponsor in a project and approve the completion of user stories.
Manage the project, including risks and escalation paths and report the project status to stakeholders, including Senior Management.
Support market entry measures as the interface for the Product Marketing team.
