POSITION SUMMARY
The manager is responsible for promoting and developing a positive culutre in a accrordance with sbe’s mission,values, and vision statement. He/She assists with the policies and procedures,recruitment and hiring practives and enhances general strategies for profitability,sustainabilty and longevity of sbe.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with cultivating and mentoring leadership within the venue while assisting with the P&L, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Accounts Payable and Human Resources functions. Responsible for nightly reports and cash-outs, invoices, purchase journals, IQB Back Office and monitoring reports.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with providing oversight of the following functions in conjunction with sbe’s Human Resources Manager:
• Recruitment
• Hiring
• Training
• Development
• Retention
• Promotion
• Employee Relations
• Evaluation of Performance and Productivity
• Defines Employee Standards of Conduct and ensures employee compliance
