Overview

Hyde STAPLES is an exclusive lounge and social
experience within the infamous Staples Center. A different level of
sophistication and luxury for every major event in Los Angeles. Dark wood, rich
leather and cozy booths create a lush, inviting ambiance and relaxing
atmosphere ideal for unwinding. Hyde is home to an elite community of the
highest profile personalities, athletes and artists looking for a one of kind
experience for every Lakers, Kings, Clippers game, and concert that happens
inside of Staples Center.
Responsibilities:
.Assist patrons with making both day of and future reservations for Hyde STAPLES
.Drive in business from the lower arena up to Hyde
.Distribute wrist bands to potential clients and invite them to Hyde for evening events
.Attach wrist band to each reservation, guest list, and/or potential client
.Be aware of the club’s available seats and tables and what the venue can offer walk up business
.Stay in constant contact with the lead host and stand position throughout the night
.Understand proper direction from management and door host as to determining clients/cover charges
.Collect contact data from walk up patrons
.Follow up with the data collected on a weekly basis
.Help plan and execute creative marketing strategies with Hyde Staples sales team
.Manage Hyde STAPLES guest list
.Assist guest list patrons in accessing their suite
.Understand and be knowledgeable of all areas of the STAPLES center and be able to provide directions to and from Hyde
.Have a basic knowledge of Downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding area
Qualifications:
.Have an advanced knowledge and understanding of all sbe venues and products
.Be aware and knowledgeable of all current major promotions within the company and specifically the Hyde brand
.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data collection, organization, and input.
.2-3 years of hospitality experience and customer service
.Strong organizational and communication skills
.Outgoing, friendly, and personable demeanor when interacting with guests
