sbe is seeking a candidate for our Email Analyst role who is well-rounded in creative and analysis marketing. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of best practices and key email fundamentals such as spam compliance, lifecycle marketing, multi-channel marketing, A/B split testing, etc. He/she must possess a general understanding of email marketing and have experience managing multi-vertical email programs with high levels of email segmentation.
This position has the ability to be based in either Las Vegas or Los Angeles.
Manage email deployment Quality Assurance (QA)
Establish optimal QA checks to ensure campaigns deployed meet best practices and legal requirements in the lifestyle/ hospitality space
Support designated properties to ensure email marketing campaigns are deployed effectively:
Troubleshoot technical issues with Adobe Campaign Management/Silverpop to ensure deployment of email campaigns
Identify opportunities for campaign enhancements and incorporate best practices
New project identification and delivery:
Identify opportunities for email system enhancements to drive revenue. Analyze all enhancement opportunities, revenue forecasts and cost estimates
Develop project plans with task definition, resource assignment, critical dependencies, and timelines
Utilize testing initiatives to maximize return
Utilize system reporting tools to generate reports and analyze performance metrics to maximize campaign performance for optimal return
Report on effectiveness of KPIs against benchmarks
