Overview
Responsibilities:
Generating “Daily Operating Report” and any other needed analytics
Aid in the creation of the budget and forecasting tools
Generating weekly, monthly and annual reporting to include: labor/FTE analysis inclusive of tracking productivity through key business indicators, casino marketing and production reports, revenue and market trend analysis, special event pro-forma and after-the-fact analysis
Support for annual operating budget and Capex planning
Ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
One (1)+ year of experience in Financial Planning or Analysisin Hospitality and Gaming
Proven ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proficient computer skills including query management and reporting tools focused in a Resort/Casino environment
Proven ability with accounting, timekeeping and purchasing systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and demonstrate professional maturity
Strong organization, analytical, and critical-thinking skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
Must be 21 years of age or older
