POSITION SUMMARY:

The sbe Interactive Marketing Intern role will serve to facilitate all venue marketing initiatives on execution and implementation of overarching brand wide strategies.

The position will get hands-on exposure to digital marketing across sbe’s portfolios of Hotels, Nightlife, & Restaurants. The ideal candidate should be interested in email marketing, search marketing, website design/development, social media, loyalty, and lifestyle marketing.
Responsibilities:
KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:

Venue Websites
Venue Social Media Presence & Response (Yelp offers, Facebook posts, social sweepstakes, etc.)
Account management of 3rd Party Strategic Ad or Content Partnerships
sbe monthly newsletter content submission
sbe App exclusives
sbe Blog content submission
Property E-Blasts/Newsletter
Implementing Google Analytics in all Marketing initiatives
Venue Email List Management
All traditional & digital creative

Qualifications:

MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED AS AN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT IN A LOCAL COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY
• Undergraduate studying Marketing
• Must be available 15-20 hours a week
• Highly organized with excellent follow up skills and extreme attention to detail
• Good understanding of discretion with all sensitive materials
• Understanding of “sense of urgency” for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities
• Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong email and internet skills
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, and especially Excel
• Strong verbal and writing skills
