The Integrated Marketing Manager’s role will be to oversee & execute sbe brand-wide integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels. The key focus will be to build and maintain our corporate & restaurants’ online brand presence – creating, maintaining, gathering & distributing content across multiple touch points (sbe.com, email marketing, search, & the sbe app).
The IMM will support the VP of Integrated Marketing on the planning & project management of brand wide marketing campaigns and ensure seamless online execution. Additionally, the IMM will ensure proper corporate/venue communications of sbe strategies, goals, & trainings. The IMM will support the Director of Integrated Marketing, Restaurants on execution and implementation of overarching brand wide Restaurant strategies
The IMM emphasis is on creating marketing strategies that address the needs of the restaurants & our corporate divisions (HR, Loyalty, Partners/Sponsorships) while improving on-going projects such as creation of content (working with graphic designers & agencies), apps, email, CRM, reporting/analytics and email marketing.
Manage home & corporate pages of sbe.com & blog. Update content in WordPress CMS
Email Marketing: Edit content for restaurant blasts, Select images to use in emails, Manage template designs with digital agency
Oversee sbe Gift card management and strategy
Work with Hotel, Nightlife, Events IM Managers and PR to distribute Restaurant & sbe brand offers
Manage and update content sponsorship partnership deck & sbe one sheets
Collect & manage content for sbe app
Coordinate with PR on pushing out corporate & restaurant initiatives
Project Manage Designers/Agencies to create restaurant based content and creative projects.
Hit marketing deadlines – submit creative requests and manage internal approvals
Manage restaurant overview content on SBE.com
Edit Restaurant Exclusives & Action Panels
Support Concierge program and train Integrated Marketing Supervisors
Support digital vendor management + project tracking
Coordinate content, reporting, list segmentation and deployment for eblasts
Manage the email calendar and ensure timely deployment of all Restaurant e-blasts/newsletters
Produce quarterly digital dashboard report
Own and champion Restaurant community management through social media and online reputation
Develop and assist with executing social media campaigns
Manage and ensure proper Google Analytics tracking is implemented
Taking successful local marketing initiatives and applying them to brand-level and brand-wide initiatives; supporting regional efforts at the brand level
Coordinate 360 tour video shoots and assist in idea generation, budgeting, scheduling and post-shoot direction and organization
Stay current on emerging technology, providers, and trends that could have a positive impact on brand online/mobile/interactive presence and incremental revenue potential
Proactively make recommendations and follow established brand strategies to improve visual and copy development, to increase results, meet performance objectives, and drive operational efficiencies
2-5 years of online marketing, social media, and/or content management experience
Candidate should have knowledge of LA restaurant industry.
Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably WordPress
A highly organized team player
Graphic design & copywriting experience a plus
