Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The sbe Nightlife Group Integrated Marketing Supervisor role will be to project manage all venue marketing initiatives, while supporting the Promotional Manager and Director of Integrated Marketing, Nightlife on execution and implementation of overarching brand wide NL strategies.
The key focus will be to create and execute a group of Nightlife venue’s marketing strategy. The venue IMS will build and maintain their venues’ online brand presence, drive both offline & online sales, create compelling content & offers, & distribute/maintain the content across all sales & marketing touch points (both external & internal channels).
The IMS emphasis is on creating marketing strategies that meet the goals of the venue while improving on-going projects such as creation of content (working with graphic designers & agencies), apps, digital kiosks, CRM, reporting/analytics and email marketing.

Implementing Analytics and tracking in all marketing initiatives

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain overall promotions to achieve nightly goals through support of promoters, VIP hosts, 3rd parties sales and marketing partnerships
Manage, monitor, and grow venue social media platforms and campaigns daily as well as develop unique content through promotions and paid advertising
Manage email and text subscribers and effectively grow the databases through data capture venue initiatives
Manage venue marketing plans and promotional and event calendars and coordinate communication to internal and external staff
Develop cross-promotional opportunities with other nightlife venues as well as members from the Restaurant and Hotel groups.
Project manage graphic designers on venue-based creative projects to hit marketing deadlines – submit creative requests and manage internal approvals and distribution on all digital, print & collateral work
Manage promotional collateral design, production, budget, approvals, and distribution for theme parties and events
Collaborate with venue General Manager for onsite production and event elements for shows and performances
Draft and review contracts for special talent bookings
Coordinate video & photo shoots for architectural, lifestyle, promotional, or event based content
Stay current on emerging technology, providers, and trends that could have a positive impact on brand online/mobile/interactive presence and incremental revenue potential
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
LA nightlife industry knowledge preferred
Overall knowledge of internet and event marketing
Ability to work daytime office hours and have flexibility
Minimum of 1-3 years of online marketing, social media, and/or content management experience
Must have extensive knowledge of computers and document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML, Online Ticketing, and CRM solutions.
