The sbe Restaurant Group Integrated Marketing Supervisor role for Cleo will be to project manage all venue marketing initiatives, while supporting the Director of Integrated Marketing, Restaurants on execution and implementation of overarching brand wide and digital strategies.

The key focus will be to create and execute existing venue marketing strategies, with a focus on brand growth and additional locations to come. The venue IMS will build and maintain their venues’ online brand presence, drive both offline & online sales, create compelling content & offers, & distribute/maintain the content across all sales & marketing touch points (both external & internal channels), while supporting the daily needs of our restaurant operators in the field.

Conduct weekly marketing meetings with corporate and venue management
Work one day a month out of the venue to see opportunity areas and support operation and attend staff pre shift meetings
Produce reports and tracking for management review across all promotions and marketing initiatives to roll up into greatly quarterly digital dashboard
Manage venue marketing plans and promotional and event calendars and coordinate communication to internal and external staff
Support cross-promotional opportunities with other restaurant venues as well as members from the Nightlife and Hotel groups.
Project manage graphic designers on venue-based creative projects to hit marketing deadlines – submit creative requests and manage internal approvals and distribution on all digital, print & collateral work
Maintain venue presence on sbe channels: Update info/events/promotions/assets on sbe App, sbe.com, sbe Digital Kiosks and provide content for weekly and monthly sbe Newsletters
Proactively make recommendations and follow established brand strategies to improve visual and copy development, to increase results, meet performance objectives, and drive operational efficiencies
Manage email lists in effectively growing database through data capture venue initiatives
Research and provide industry competitive analysis to develop relevant events and promotions
Collaborate with venue General Manager for onsite production and events
Reporting, analytics on all initiatives
Maintain international brand guidelines
Support CRM/loyalty/data collection initiatives
Handle day to day marketing needs of ops/chefs, identify and market to opportunity areas, programming, monthly/quarterly major holiday-promotion focuses


Candidate should have knowledge of LA and national restaurant industry
Overall knowledge of internet marketing and online tools
Ability to work daytime office hours and have flexibility with some night events
Minimum of 2 years of online marketing, social media, and/or content management experience
Must have extensive knowledge of computers and document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop
