Responsibilities:
Ensure a seamless guest experience
Prepare table for service
Act as the food and wine tour guide
Possess thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu
Serve food, wine and beverages
Oversee all aspects of table service
Accurate input of order in POS system
Reconcile checks
Clear and reset tables
Perform opening and closing side work
Qualifications:
Knowledge of food presentation, ingredients and preparation
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a server in a comparable
restaurant
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a
point-of-sale system
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
