Overview

Responsibilities:
Discuss venue layout and make patrons aware of restrooms and smoking area
Be knowledgeable of the seating chart inside of Colony
Introduce the client to their server and explain any notes on the sold slip
Review ticket sales and/or minimum with both the server and client
Once your reservation has been sat, return to SW VIP in a timely manner
Once all reservations for the night have been walked up to Hyde and sat, report back to host supervisor for further direction
Qualifications:
Know how to get to and from all guest areas of the building
Strong understanding of the nightlife world and business concepts in general
Courteous and punctual
Must be able to think quickly on your feet and remain calm under stressful situations
Must be able to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time in the uniform stipulated during training
Strong communication skills and customer service necessary
Personal database of L.A. Nightlife clients considered a plus
