Overview

Responsibilities:
Collects customer information for the venue database, while constantly striving to increase the size of personal clientele.
Constantly provides customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each.
Is able to form a lasting relationship with various departments inside of hotels, driving business through visitations and follow ups.
Develops a strong relationship with casino marketing department, generating incremental business inside of the venue.
Communicates with network regularly to keep informed of upcoming events and promotions.
Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer and team members needs when the opportunity arises.
Maintains knowledge of the venue floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per venue management’s instruction.
Writes a professional and sincere thank you letter to each customer after their visit.
Communicates with management, hosts and service staff immediately to rectify any and all customer needs and requests
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
Must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and manually push/pull up to 100 pounds.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
Must have a working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer as well as all other products offered
Must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment.
Able to write and speak in a confident manor.
