Overview

Responsibilities:
Ensure a seamless guest experience
Prepare table for service
Act as the food and wine tour guide
Possess thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu
Serve food, wine and beverages
Oversee all aspects of table service
Accurate input of order in POS system
Reconcile checks
Clear and reset tables
Perform opening and closing side work
Qualifications:
One plus years of serving expereince in a high volume fine dining restaurant
Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- proficiency in English required
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
